Jasmine Gooderson

Nutritionist

Jasmine first became interested in nutrition and wellbeing after struggling with persistent acne as a teenager and experiencing the side effects of conventional treatments. This early challenge sparked her curiosity about the connection between diet, hormones, and overall health.

As she moved into early adulthood, Jasmine faced further issues such as stress, hormonal imbalances and fluctuating mood. These experiences encouraged her to take control of her own health through a holistic approach, exploring how food, lifestyle and gut health all work together to support balance and wellbeing.

In 2020, Jasmine started her studies at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, qualifying as a Registered Nutritional Therapist (DipCNM mANP mGNC). Since qualifying, she has worked with clients experiencing a wide range of chronic and complex heath concerns, from low energy and poor digestion to hormone and skin imbalances.

Jasmine's approach is compassionate, evidence-based and focused on finding the root cause. She supports clients through practical, personalised nutrition and lifestyle strategies designed to restore energy, heal complex conditions and build long-term confidence in their health.

Outside of clinic, Jasmine enjoys early mornings, cooking nourishing meals, keeping active and spending time outdoors with her partner and family.

Jasmine is available for Nutrition appointments at our Sittingbourne clinic.
