Great reflexology experience at The Oast in Sittingbourne. The clinic is situated in nice surroundings at The Oast with plenty of parking available. Angela the Reflexologist was both professional & friendly. The session was 60 minutes & was very therapeutic. The treatment couch was comfortable and I felt totally relaxed through out.
Christopher Goodwin - 10th July 2024I recently made an appointment for my 12 year old son who was suffering discomfort from a sports related injury. I used the online booking service which was very efficient and easy to navigate. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. During the appointment the Osteopath explained the diagnosis to us and was clear in explaining each step of the treatment in a light hearted manner which really put my son at ease. Most importantly, my son left the appointment pain free!!! Overall, I would highly recommend the Oast Osteopathy.
Steven Gooderson - 4th July 2024After suffering with a bulging disc and hyper mobility movement was getting restricted until I made an appointment with the Oast. I was meet promptly with my physiotherapist and promptly took details with a caring nature, she explained with clarity what she would ,where it sand where it would. Help. After 30 min I received a full MoT. On my aching body. After my session she explained what would help in the future and sent me exercises via email. Money well spent for a better quality of life.
