I’ve been going to Matthew at The Oast for the past few years now, mainly struggling with lower back pain and, at times, neck tension. I can’t recommend him highly enough. He’s extremely knowledgeable and informative, and always takes the time to explain things and make you feel comfortable. The Oast in general is a fantastic place if you’re looking for treatment. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, and I’ve always had a really positive experience there. Honestly, I don’t know what I would have done if I hadn’t tried an osteopath. I had my very first visit with Joshua Wisson and I wasn't sure what to expect. Joshua was incredibly friendly, welcoming and supportive. Most importantly, he actually listened to me, which has been a rare experience for me with the health practitioners lately. He took time to diagnose my condition, provided excellent treatment and made sure I felt completely at ease. I left feeling fantastic and I will definitely be returning. I also had a sports massage with Reece Bishop, and he is also a fantastic specialist as well as a kind, and welcoming person.Not only did he thoroughly release all my muscle tension, but he also took the time to really understand my needs and set clear goals before the massage.
