If Bones Could Text You... What Would They Say?

Ever wondered what your body would say if it could send you text messages?

Well, wonder no more. Because if your bones, joints, and muscles had WhatsApp, your phone would be buzzing more than a group chat on a Friday night in Sittingbourne.

08:06 — Lumbar Spine:

“Morning. Still slouching? Just checking. Because I’m definitely feeling it.”

Honestly, your lower back doesn’t ask for much. A bit of movement, a stretch here and there, maybe not sitting like a shrimp over your laptop. But no. You decide to fold yourself into shapes your spine did NOT consent to.

09:20 — Neck:

“Tilt the phone up. I beg you.”

Neck’s right, you know. Every time you look down at your phone, it’s like you’ve handed it a tiny invisible dumbbell to hold. For hours. Neck did not sign up to be a weightlifter.

11:03 — Fascia Group Chat:

“We’re all connected. Stop blaming just one of us.”

Fascia loves drama, but it’s telling the truth. When one area gets tight, the rest throw a massive tantrum. That’s why your hip can complain about something your shoulders started. Classic body politics.

13:45 — Feet

“Maybe some supportive shoes today? Or are we free-styling again?”

Whether you’re strolling along the seafront in Sheerness or power-walking through Sittingbourne high street, your feet have opinions. And they’re not shy. They take the bulk of your daily chaos, so they get to be a little sassy.

16:12 — Diaphragm:

“Hey. Remember me? Try that breathing thing again.”

Your diaphragm is basically the calm friend in the group chat trying to keep everyone grounded. Gets ignored constantly but still tries.

18:30 — Whole Body:

“Maybe it’s time for some treatment? Just a thought. No pressure. Except the literal pressure we’re feeling.”

And there it is.

The truth bomb.

If your body could text you, it would probably message non-stop — not to nag, but to nudge you back toward feeling better, moving better, and taking a moment to unwind.

And if you’re nodding along (carefully, mind your neck), maybe it’s time to give your body the attention it’s been trying to text you about all day.
