Laura discovered Pilates 15 years ago following back and pelvic pain after the birth of her second child. Pilates played a big role in helping Laura recover and move forward from these problems. She has had a keen interest since and had been participating as a student for around 13 years before taking her qualifications to become an instructor herself with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute over 2.5 years ago. Since taking her original mat work qualification, Laura has completed various CPD training courses including Pre and Post Natal Pilates and Pilates for clients with Osteoporosis.
Laura enjoys walking, and keeping fit. She loves to try new things such as, aerial hoop, trapeze and paddle boarding. In fact she has even done Pilates on a paddle board!
