Laura discovered pilates 13 years ago following back and pelvic pain after the birth of her second child. Pilates played a big role in helping Laura recover and move forward from these problems, she has had a keen interest since and has been participating as a student for all these years!
Laura enjoys walking, and keeping fit. She loves to try new things such as, aerial hoops, trapeze and paddle boarding. Infact she has even done pilates on a paddle board!
Laura trained as a holistic therapist in 2012 and provides various massage therapies. She wanted to increase the ways that she can help people who were in pain and having seen and felt for herself what pilates can do, training to become an instructor herself seemed like the natural next step. Laura trained with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute.
