Chloe Hardy
Chloe is a dynamic and passionate Therapist whose tailored, hands-on approach is underpinned by a deep understanding of human movement and performance. Chloe brings a calm confidence and a results-driven mindset to every treatment.
Her background as a competitive ice dancer—having represented at the British Ice Dance Championships—gives her a unique perspective on the physical and mental demands of training, recovery, and injury prevention. She knows firsthand what it takes to keep the body performing at its best, and she applies that insight to support clients from all walks of life.
Chloe has completed her Master’s degree in Osteopathy. Her evolving skill set allows her to blend clinical reasoning with a holistic view of health, creating a treatment experience that not only relieves symptoms but addresses the root causes of pain and dysfunction.
Whether you’re managing sports-related strain, day-to-day muscular tension, or postural fatigue, Chloe specialises in targeting the deeper layers of soft tissue that are often missed.
Her goal? To help you move more freely, feel more comfortable, and get back to doing what you love—with greater resilience and ease.
Each session is thoughtfully tailored to your needs, combining deep tissue work, stretching, and functional advice to support both short-term relief and long-term wellbeing.
Chloe is currently offering Sports Therapy and Sports Massage at our Sittingbourne and Sheerness Clinic
