Our unique ‘Mindfulness Wellbeing’ course will teach you a range of relaxation skills to help you cope with today’s 24/7 lifestyle. The course is varied and includes deep relaxation exercises as well as skills and techniques that can be used in everyday situations, allowing you to remain relaxed and calm if you find yourself in a situation where you are unable to take specific ‘time out’ to relax. Taught over 6 weeks, the course aims to improve self-awareness and ability to self-soothe, reduce stress and anxiety and increase levels of happiness and resilience. As a course participant, you will be part of a small group that meets once a week in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Your course tutor will take you through various relaxation and mindfulness exercises each week as well as providing time for discussion and exploration of each topic covered. You’ll also be encouraged to undertake some exercises at home to a-cement your new learning and enhance its positive benefits.

For all Mindfulness Wellbeing Courses you're advised to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Yoga mats will be provided, but you may also wish to bring a cushion and a blanket.
