Hannah Bratton-Smith
Hannah studied sports therapy at the University of Kent for three years and graduated with a first-class degree in 2014.
During her time at University, she gained experience at a clinic in Maidstone and in Medway and became assistant physio at Maidstone rugby club in her final year.
Since graduating Hannah has acquired knowledge working in a clinic and also gained the position of head physio at Whitstable football club. This has given her pitch side expertise which has aided in her gaining confidence for quick decision making and being able to successfully treat players and get them back on the pitch with strengthening and conditioning rehabilitation techniques.
In this time Hannah was able to make some career decisions and follow her passion for clinical procedures, where she has now grown and developed her skills.
She is a keen ten-pin bowler and has been bowling since the age of 8 and went on to represent Great Britain in her University teams, but her greatest achievement came when she became #1 in the U16 Girls' European rankings.
Hannah also has a passion for all animals especially her cats Niffler and Newt!
Through Sports Therapy, Hannah hopes to help those suffering from sports injuries and aid in the recovery process, but also assist anyone going through pain and discomfort from everyday life and give advice tailored to suit their lifestyle.
