Dan Horgan

Dan is a highly experienced Physiotherapist who qualified from the University of Brighton in 2007. Since then, he has built a diverse career spanning both NHS and private practice, developing extensive expertise in musculoskeletal assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation.

Alongside his clinical work, Dan has accumulated over 16 years of experience working with a variety of rugby teams, including 12 years leading the Kent RFU medical team. This role provided him with significant experience in sports injury management, rehabilitation, performance support, and multidisciplinary team working.

Over the past four years, Dan has returned to NHS practice as an Advanced Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapy Practitioner. In this advanced role, he has further expanded his clinical expertise, qualifying as an Independent Prescriber and gaining advanced skills in Injection Therapy. He applies these qualifications daily to deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care and improve patient outcomes.

Outside of work, Dan enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle and has been a regular gym enthusiast for over 20 years. He also values spending quality time with his wife and young daughter.
