A Moment of Mindfulness - Breath in to your Weekend

"Join us for a tranquil end to your working week! Let go of stresses and concerns so that you're free to enjoy your weekend. Suitable for all, this class will use a combination of mindfulness, breathing and visualisation techniques proven to generate feelings of peace and calm. You'll be guided gently through each exercise by your instructor so that you leave us feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.

Mats are supplied for the class, but we recommend that you bring your own blanket and pillow. Wear relaxed, comfortable clothing and please treat our studio like a home from home! We look forward to welcoming you."
