A Moment of Mindfulness - Breath in to your Weekend

"Join us for a tranquil end to your working week! Let go of stresses and concerns so that you're free to enjoy your weekend. Suitable for all, this class will use a combination of mindfulness, breathing and visualisation techniques proven to generate feelings of peace and calm. You'll be guided gently through each exercise by your instructor so that you leave us feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.

Mats are supplied for the class, but we recommend that you bring your own blanket and pillow. Wear relaxed, comfortable clothing and please treat our studio like a home from home! We look forward to welcoming you."

Mindfulness Group Sessions

Sheerness

This group offers participants a space to learn and share experiences of mindfulness, breath work and relaxation techniques.  Mindfulness can be a powerful tool in improving our health, wellbeing and stress management.  

Mindfulness is the practice of being in the present moment, observing without judgement and can help to reconnect our minds with our body. 

This group will teach exercises and skills to begin or advance your mindfulness practice, it is open to all levels from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners.  Participants will be invited to share their experience and journey of mindfulness, and supported to take this back to daily life.
