Staying active & keeping fit is an integral part of Lou's life.
Her biggest achievement was being a successful Time Trialist & competing in local & national events.
Pilates played a big part of Louise’s success in cycling not only to maintain strong form on the bike but also to aid with recovery & prevent injury.
Recognising the abundant of health benefits Pilates provided, Lou decided to become a Pilates student at The APPI- The Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute.
Using her training background & personal experience Lou wants to now focus on these to learn about their mind-body connection.
Clients can expect a thorough yet fun approach to their practice while they improve body awareness, confidence & strength.
Aside from Pilates Louise enjoys going for long walks & partaking in spin classes...where the competitive Louise comes out to play again!
