Rebecca is a fully certified Stott Pilates Trainer and REPS Level 3 with an extensive career in the fitness industry.
After leaving Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts in 1997 Rebecca worked as a professional dancer until 2005.
For the past 12 years, Rebecca has been teaching a variety of fitness, dance and body conditioning classes, she draws upon her teaching experience and extensive knowledge of the body, movement and biomechanics, providing safe and professional pilates classes. She has a passion for helping people exercise correctly, increasing fitness levels and correcting posture. Her classes are fun, friendly and enjoyable, they are accessible to all ages and abilities.
Rebecca is aware that everybody is unique and is able to adapt her classes to her clients' needs. She also offers private one to one sessions to allow her clients to learn the basics of pilates and she can offer sessions tailored for specific needs.
