Michelle Jansen has been teaching and working actively in the fitness industry for about 20 years. She is qualified in various fields and has a degree in human movement studies and dance training. She has been teaching yoga for 13 years.
She is originally Hatha yoga trained but has since trained in Ashtanga as well as yoga beats with David Sye. Her yoga style is a free flow form of yoga that incorporates all three practices. She does not stick to one source of yoga. It is appropriate for all levels as she believes in working within your own capabilities.
She includes breathing, movement, flexibility and strength in her classes. All these things work together to bring a sense of tranquillity and strength to the body; inside and out.
Michelle teaches the following classes:
- Tue 11am - 12pm - Hatha Class - Ideal for beginners
- Wed 12-1pm - Vinyasa Flow Class - Good for all levels
- Fri 6.15-7.15pm - Vinyasa Flow Class - Good for all levels
