For all classes you're advised to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Yoga mats will be provided, but you may also wish to bring a cushion and a blanket.
INTRODUCTORY MINDFULNESS COURSE FOR PREGNANCY
Pregnancy is a hugely joyous and exciting time, but it can also sometimes be a little stressful with so much to plan and organise and so much change ahead! If you'd like to learn a little more about how mindfulness and meditation could help you bring some calm and tranquillity back to this busy and exciting time then this is the course for you! On the course we will cover:
*What is stress?
*The importance of the breath and different breathing techniques.
*The power of positive thoughts.
*Engaging the senses.
*...as well as a number of different meditation and relaxation exercises for you to try!
Suitable for all stages of pregnancy and taught over two consecutive weeks, the course will allow you to learn about and try a number of different techniques so that you can find out what works best for you. You'll leave with a 'too kit' of techniques ready at your disposal to use both whilst pregnant and when baby arrives!
